Our refilling process follows strict IS standards for safety and performance. We ensure full servicing that includes weighing, leak checks, refilling with clean CO₂, valve inspections, and test certification to ensure your equipment is ready for immediate use.
Note: This service does not use MAP powder, as CO₂ extinguishers work solely with compressed liquid carbon dioxide. However, it is categorized under “Higher Capacity” for industrial-grade extinguisher units.

CO₂ extinguishers must be weighed and inspected every 2 years or after any discharge. Always store upright in ventilated and cool spaces.

  1. All refilling services are carried out 100% against the work order.

  2. A 12-month (1 year) service warranty is provided from the date of completion. However, this warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling or tampering.

  3. 18% GST will be charged extra on all service invoices.

  4. Delivery Schedule: 1 working day after receiving the confirmed purchase order (PO).

  5. Delivery and installation charges are extra.

  6. CO₂ cartridge refilling is chargeable separately and not included in the base refilling price.

  7. We use 40% MAP powder for refilling, and provide a certificate with each service.
