EN 1486 Certified Aluminized Fire Proximity Suit – Multi‑Layer Heat Shield

The EN 11612 Certified Aluminized Fire Proximity Suit is specifically crafted for professionals exposed to extreme heat, such as welders, foundry workers, furnace operators, and rescue teams. With a mirror-reflective aluminized fiberglass outer shell, this suit deflects approximately 95% of radiant heat. Available in 2-, 3-, or 4-layer configurations—with vapor and thermal insulation layers—it offers protection against ambient heat up to 800 °C and radiant heat up to 1800 °C. The complete ensemble includes a visor hood, jacket or one-piece coverall, pants (if jacket), mitts, boot covers, and a rugged carry bag.
