1. Definitions
Company: Refers to A1 Protection, its owners, employees, and affiliates.
Customer / You: Refers to any individual or business purchasing products or using our services.
Products: Refers to all items listed on our website or offered by our sales team.
Services: Includes any related installation, delivery, refilling, or maintenance work offered by A1 Protection.
2. General Terms
All transactions are subject to availability and acceptance of orders.
Prices listed are in INR and may change without prior notice.
Photographs and descriptions are for representation only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance or specifications.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order at its discretion.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders must be confirmed in writing via purchase order, email, or signed quotation.
100% advance payment may be required for certain orders, including custom or bulk orders.
Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or cash.
All invoices must be paid within the agreed credit period (if applicable).
4. Delivery and Installation
Delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
Delays due to third-party logistics, unforeseen events, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
Installation services, if included, will be scheduled based on mutual availability.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Products come with the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
Service warranties (such as fire extinguisher refilling) are provided as per the service description and are subject to proper usage and maintenance.
Warranties do not cover damages due to misuse, negligence, accidents, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.
6. Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and invoice.
Cancellation requests for confirmed orders may incur cancellation charges.
Custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
A1 Protection is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
The customer is responsible for ensuring correct product selection for their intended use.
The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
8. Compliance and Safety
Customers must ensure that all products are used in compliance with applicable laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Training and correct handling are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including product descriptions, images, and designs, is the property of A1 Protection and cannot be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hubballi, Karnataka.
